On-Ramp

On-Ramp is specific training designed for safely preparing new CrossFit athletes for advancement onto group classes. Here we will cover, in depth, the basic skills required to become proficient at CrossFit. You will gain knowledge on fundamental movements, language, timing methods as well as nutrition. These classes are compulsory for all CrossFit MANA athletes and 100% necessary for building confidence before taking the next step.

CrossFit Group Classes

Once you have graduated from the On-Ramp training you will join the group classes and you can pick and choose the days you'd like to train. We currently run group sessions Monday-Friday.

Boot Camp

Bootcamp style training which utilising minimal equipment in a group atmosphere instructed by authentic military physical instructors. Boot Camp runs for a defined period. Contact us to find out when the next programme kicks off.
