Free Intro Class

What does the Free intro class look like?

You will be taken under the wing of one of our experienced trainers, they will explain to you the basics of the CrossFit methodology and everything CrossFit MANA, you’ll be introduced to our warm-up protocols and taught basic movements. Then put the fundamentals to good use by finishing off with a WOD (workout) which may include skipping, jumping and rowing.
